Sybil is ready, day or night, to provide information about your Taper Lock Account. You may check balances, transfer money between share types, and even between accounts. You can tell what deposits have been made and what checks have cleared your account. Call her from any touch tone phone and follow her instructions. Sybil can be reached at 574-258-7620 or toll free in Indiana at 1-888-477-5555. You must have a PIN for security reasons to access your account. If you don't have a PIN please e-mail us at Memberservices@Taperlockcu.org or call any local branch office for an application. Be sure to call Sybil on your birthday for a special surprise!
